In between Discovery Bay and Tracy, this little diner is easy to miss, unless you catch all the signs leading up to it. Chef Robert has cooked with the likes of Guy Fieri, and is a self-taught Italian dynamo! Don't miss his food if you get the chance, and if you want his home-cooked prime rib, steaks and pasta, make a reservation on Friday and Saturday nights, as it fills up quick!
Came in for breakfast with my wife this morning. I had the homemade corned beef hash and she had the biscuits and gravy. Food is absolutely phenomenal. You can tell care has been taken to prepare every plate. Service was some of the best that we have experienced a very long time. This is a must visit for anyone in the local area or visiting. It's even worth a drive from the bay area just to visit this little tiny diner on the side of the road.
I went here only for a quick drink with a few friends. It was a hot day so we wanted something to cool us off and we noticed they had milkshakes so we decided to go in. It is nice and small but very "home" feeling. The waitress we had was extremely nice and attentive making our experience feel good. We only got milkshakes but seeing the other food around us definitely gives us a reason to go back as it looked DELICIOUS. The portion sizes are huge for the price. Now back to the milkshakes. Absolutely one of the best milkshakes I have ever had. The milkshakes alone would make me come back. Definitely a must try place for a good meal and shake.
Love this place! Very friendly staff, great food, and the owner and cook is never shy to come greet his customers. Very clean inside too
